Fluid Dynamics, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Jack A. Dillon. We have served customers all across northern and north central Indiana, western Ohio and lower Michigan. Since 1976,
George Ebert has been President and CEO. The company has grown steadily over the years and now includes three (3) Certified TAB Engineers (TBE), one (1) Certified TAB Technician, one (1) Certified Commissioning Authority, eight (8) Test & Balance technicians, and four (4) office support staff.
Our field personnel can be classified in two categories: balance engineers and balance technicians. The balance engineer has a broad background in both education and practical experience in the HVAC field. A Certified Test and Balance Engineer (TBE) must have 8 years experience in the field testing of HVAC systems and must complete an 8-hour examination at
AABC National Headquarters.
Balance Technician certification is required for all eligible candidates that work for an
AABC member company. A minimum of 4 years experience is required before taking the Balance Technician exam.
